Important Information:

One request per child.

Please submit your request no more than 4 weeks in advance of the child’s birthday. We CANNOT accept past birthdays.

We will call you when your child’s special gift is ready. Packages can be picked up at the Arizona Helping Hands warehouse during operating hours (Monday-Friday from 9am-4:30pm). Our address is 3110 E. Thunderbird Rd., Suite 100 — Phoenix, AZ 85032

You will be required to show us your “Notice to Provider” or other approved document and a Government-issued photo ID.

Limitation of one package per child per year

We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item, but we will do our best to make your child's day special!

We will do our best to fulfill your requests; however, it is not guaranteed.

Please ensure you receive a phone call confirming your Birthday Dreams Package is complete prior to scheduling a pickup appointment.

By submitting this request, you agree to provide any items you receive from Arizona Helping Hands to the child the request was made for.
You will be required to show us your “Notice to Provider” or other approved document and a Government-issued photo ID at pick up.

Please note bags must be picked up within 30 days of the child’s birthday.
